  • Extensive experience in the fashion or footwear industry, with a strong background in product development, production, and purchasing
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in working closely with senior management and leading cross-functional teams across areas such as production, purchasing, and sales
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies, particularly for expanding product lines and exploring new markets
  • Deep understanding of production processes, with experience in optimizing production workflows
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
