Several years of experience in retail management, ideally within the premium or luxury sector
Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and motivation
Excellent analytical abilities and a high affinity for numbers
A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and the ability to successfully implement innovative concepts
Outstanding communication skills in both German and English
Willingness to travel
